Did you know we can help you can look great for your age?

Many of the people I see as patients do not necessarily want to look younger! Often, they just want to look good for their age.

Looking good for one’s age usually equates to repairing the sun damage that begins to appear on the skin as we age. This includes fading down red and brown marks on the skin of the face, neck, décolletage and back of the hands and improving the texture of a person’s skin by softening wrinkles and crêpey skin and assisting in minimising pores.

Red marks on the skin are due to the formation of blood vessels close to the skins surface, which can be a result of aging or of sun damage. You can read more about this on our website here.

Brown marks on the skin are due to abnormal melanin production, caused by sun exposure. You can read more about brown marks on the skin on our website here.
To fade down red and brown marks on your skin we use a combination of vascular and pigment lasers. These lasers are incredibly safe and do not break the skins surface.

The textural changes that occur with aging, such as wrinkles, crêpey skin and enlarged pores, are often exacerbated in warmer countries such as Australia, because we spend so much of our time out in the sunshine. These textural changes can be assisted by laser treatments. We have several lasers that can help improve the texture of skin. These lasers include the Fraxel Re:Store Dual laser, the Fraxel Re:Pair laser and the CO2 and Erbium resurfacing lasers.

Looking good for your age is an achievable goal with Neutral Bay Laser & Dermatology Clinic. Why not make an appointment with our dermatologist today, to discuss the options that would be right for your skin
